Refunds, Returns and Cancellations


For refund or return requests, please contact us within 30 calendar days after your tracking number has been marked as "delivered". Claims received more than 30 calendar days after delivery will not be eligible.

Our refund and return policy only applies if the item is received with a fault, is damaged or is materially different from the description. To help us process your request, we may ask you for photos or other supporting documentation, so that we can best diagnose the problem and find a solution for you.

If your refund/exchange is approved you will receive instructions for making your return. If we approve a refund, the money will be returned to the same payment method used to make your purchase.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Indeed, we aim to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of receipt. If you contact us after the order has been sent, we will not be able to cancel it.

Guarantee of quality and workmanship
If you find a quality or manufacturing problem with any of our products, please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace it, at our option. Products that have been abused are not eligible for this warranty. The products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations in measurements, color or design may occur.

Any recourse in the event of involuntary error in the description, the price or the availability is with our engagement.

Return rules

We may ask the buyer to test the item to rule out the misuse factor, the buyer has the responsibility to follow the test properly.

Your return must be made with a tracking number.

We will cover all costs (item price, shipping cost) if the return is confirmed due to a manufacturing problem or our error, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for the return and shipping costs.
Item must be returned in NEW condition and with all original packaging and accessories, manuals, etc. or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.
Replacement/refund will be made within 3-5 business days after the goods are returned and received by the seller.
We strongly recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to locate return packages.
Product returns are permitted and must be initiated by the purchaser within 30 days of the date of purchase.
There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Shipping and handling charges are absolutely non-refundable.
For damage caused by improper use, assembly, disassembly or sharpening of the product. We are not responsible for returns and exchanges.
