How can I contact you? How quickly will I get an answer?

You will understand that this response time can sometimes be extended to 48 hours during the launch of new products, promotional periods or end-of-year celebrations or any other time when activity is increasing.

What are your delivery times?

Our shop is committed to shipping the items ordered as soon as possible. Packages are shipped within 48/72 hours of order validation (no orders are processed on Saturdays and Sundays).

A shipping confirmation email, including your order number, will be sent to you when your products are on their way.

In normal operation, you will receive your package within 5 to 12 working days.

With the current situation and COVID, as well as in very exceptional cases (postal strike, end of year celebrations) this delivery time may be extended.

What if I haven't received my package after 15 days?

Vanessa and her team will be there to help you and answer your questions. They will do their best to resolve any situation as quickly as possible, in order to satisfy you as much as possible.

Whatever happens, if it turns out that your package was misplaced or damaged by the carrier, we will send it back to you or we will refund it in full if desired by the customer.

I have not received all of my order?

Sometimes we may run out of stock. When this is the case, we still send the ordered packs available for the time needed to relaunch the printing of the missing batches.

Once printed, they will be sent immediately and they should generally arrive in the following days.

If this was not the case, please contact our after-sales service as soon as possible to let you know, so that we can investigate the situation and resolve the problem.

Upon delivery, my package was opened and an item is missing, what should I do?

If you notice the opening of the parcel in the presence of the deliverer, notify it on the transport slip. Specify the missing product(s), as well as the quantities.

Then contact our customer service using the form on our contact page, an advisor will give you the procedure to follow to overcome this incident.

A supporting photo is recommended to facilitate exchanges.

Is my payment secure?

All payments made on our site are secured by an SSL server which protects your bank details. All credit cards, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard are accepted.

After the transaction, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.

I need to change my delivery address because I made a mistake, is it possible?

If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible. We advise you to do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time, we may still be able to make the change. However, if the product has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do and this error will be the responsibility of the customer.

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Yes, you have 24 hours from the time your order has been placed. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.

How can I be sure of the coating and size of the Stickers I buy?

Each pack present on our site contains a description including the size (height and width), as well as the coating (matte, classic or glossy) of the Stickers.

Please note that the photos do not reflect reality 100%. The color of your screen may differ with the printing color.
